Mitigation Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities This position is for responsible restoration technicians for fire and water damage remediation. Responsible for responding to fire and water damage emergencies including after hours and on call. Duties Prior experience as an Emergency Services Project Manager or Lead Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence in our clients Familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation A customer‑first attitude and a commitment to restoring lives and properties Point of contact for homeowners and insurance companies on the status and progress of the job Works with insurance companies to file claims, provide sketch and scope of work, provide photos and documentation Coordinate with tradesmen (plumbers, HVAC, granite, etc.) to ensure job is completed Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test and background check, and be available on call after hours Preferred: Mica, Fire N Ice, and Dash experience preferred Preferred: IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration Available for emergency service calls 24/7 on rotation basis when on call #J-18808-Ljbffr
