Regional Health Services Specialist, LVN / LPN Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Oakmont Management Group is a fast-growing, luxury senior living provider. Assisted living clinical experience is required. Must have a valid Colorado LPN license in good standing. The role ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care is maintained as residents’ healthcare needs change. Responsibilities include: Supervising licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community. Strengthening clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then supporting the newly assigned Health Services Director. Traveling within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absence, etc. Qualifications Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid Colorado nursing license in good standing. Prefer four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Prefer three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees. Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license. Able to effectively teach/train staff. Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests. All new team members must provide proof of COVID‑19 vaccination & booster or valid exemption due to qualifying medical reasons or religious beliefs subject to legal requirements.
