We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by management, which may include researching potential vendors and suppliers, inspecting goods, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be skilled in negotiating pricing and transportation costs while ensuring efficient procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact vendors regarding any product increases.
• Purchase goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Evaluate vendors based on price, reliability, capability, and transaction history.
• Negotiate volume discounts, cash discounts, and other applicable incentives with vendors.
• Ensure all purchasing documents are complete, accurate, and contain appropriate terms and conditions.
• Maintain pricing histories and other vendor records.
• Receive credits from vendors for accounts payable.
• Process customer invoices and bills.
• Assist with other office functions as needed by management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
