Fleet Assistant Full Time Sales South Bay - BMW, Torrance, CA, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 2430 Salary Range: $16.90 To $16.90 Annually SUMMARY: The Fleet Assistant is directly responsible for assisting salesperson or sales team in selling vehicles to customers. This position provides customer service regarding products andservices, c reates reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings, and performs administrative duties for the sales team. ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change. Sales Assistants assistsales representatives in showing customers their vehicle options Sales Assistants committo becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles andtechnology Sales Assistants testdrive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features Sales Assistants followup with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Automotive dealership experience and sales experience is preferred. Past experience should include sales and other related experience.
