Joining a dynamic growth team, the full-time Product Manager, Growth will manage the entire sign-up and purchase funnel for car insurance, focusing on user journey improvements and feature launches in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points Own user feedback monitoring and synthesize insights from app reviews and support tickets Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations Proven track record of independently owning ambiguous work and delivering clear outputs Experience with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, or structured data work Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
