Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue. \n
- Thoroughly assess and diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations, utilizing evidence-based methods and clinical judgment. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and circumstances. \n
- Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals and groups to provide therapeutic guidance and emotional support. \n
- Monitor client progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and client engagement. \n
- Facilitate effective referrals to specialists or additional resources when clients require further services beyond the clinic’s offerings. \n
The LMFT will serve a diverse client base within the community, addressing various issues including relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Clients range from children and adolescents to adults and families, requiring versatile therapeutic approaches and cultural competence. In this role, you will directly influence the mental health trajectory of individuals seeking to improve their life quality and relationships.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively, ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-ups. \n
