Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Reach Psych Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in their journey to mental wellness.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring client confidentiality and accountability.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, to offer coordinated care for clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote continuous professional development and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
