The role involves providing care to adult patients in a behavioral health setting. The unit features 106 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:14. Equipment used includes a code cart, Pyxis, EKG, vitals machine, and glucometer. Experience with common diagnoses such as voluntary detox and behavioral health issues is preferred. The successful candidate must be a team player, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong de-escalation skills are required for this role. A nursing degree (ADN) is required. The dress code includes scrub colors of royal blue or any darker blue. No unacceptable attire is specified.
