Overview As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and conversations about fashion trends, stories, and products in all store areas. Promote and sell products to customers and actively support sales targets with the store management team. Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Promote customer loyalty programs and in-store sustainability initiatives where applicable. Assist with garment care, refilling garments, steaming, and maintaining presentation and attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines. Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms; ensure good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor. Support with opening and closing of the store and comply with health and safety guidelines and legal requirements relevant to the role. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and everything created in-store. Motivated to give customers a great experience. Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action-orientation; enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Experience in sales in a dynamic, collaborative environment that can be applied to the role. Experience in customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries.
