Truck Service Technician

Mainline offers a very competitive hourly wage + bonuses.

Our Compensation Package Includes:

• 401K with 3% match after one year of service
• Pension Plan after one year of service
• Medical Mutual Healthcare single or family 75% company paid
• Met Life dental plan 100% company paid
• Vision 100% company paid
• Additional Life insurance employee paid (elective)
• Long- and short-term disability 100% company paid
• Commission paid based on production
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Day shift no weekends
• New Employee Bonus of $1000.00 after 90 days on the job
• Partial Relocation Bonus for new employees transferring from out of town

Truck Service Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Applicant must have the ability to diagnose and repair the following, electrical systems, hydraulic/air brake systems, engines, transmissions, clutches, brakes,air conditioning and perform DOT's.
• Document all repairs and pertinent information in regards to the work performed. Complete a story on repairs.
• Must be able to use software to obtain codes and trouble shoot all makes and models.

Truck Service Technician Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 3 years heavy truck mechanical
• Ability to work full time shifts
• Ownership of tools is required
• Class (B) CDL required class (A) preferred. If not must be willing to obtain one in allotted time period set by employer.
• Welding and fabrication skills preferred.

Trailer Service Technician

Trailer Service Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Perform annual DOT inspection for the State of Ohio
• Perform routine maintenance on trailers equipped with air s cam brakes
• Perform wheel end maintenance such as wheel bearing, wheel seal replacement and adjustment
• Dolly leg replacement and repair
• Repair lights and wires on trailers, Overhead and swing door repair, Floor repairs
• Enter work performed details in the computer under the proper service order number

Trailer Service Technician Requirements Include:

• Ownership of tools is required
• Must be able to Mig weld and fabricate when needed
• Must have a valid driver's license, incentive for CDL

All Mainline technicians are rewarded for efficiency with pay bonuses that can increase an already attractive hourly rate.
