Role Description We are seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join our team at Staybridge Suites Houston Willowbrook. This is an on-site position based in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include performing nightly audits of financial transactions, assisting with front desk operations such as guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, processing reservations, and ensuring the safety and security of the property during overnight hours. The Night Auditor will also manage cash handling procedures, produce daily reports, and maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment. Qualifications Ability to perform receptionist duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and assisting guests with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Experience with managing reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations through hotel management systems. Strong communication and customer service skills to handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction. Proficiency in cash handling, including processing payments, balancing accounts, and preparing financial reports. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software are beneficial. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently during overnight shifts. Availability to work overnight schedules, including weekends and holidays.
