Role: Lead restaurant operations and drive the strategy and performance of team recruiting, selection, training, and development.

Your week looks like: A mix of leading the team in restaurant operations and driving talent strategy.

• Leading a team of 60+ people
• Hands-on restaurant operations (35–40 hrs/week)
• Strategic work on the talent department (5–10 hrs/week)
• Solving problems, building systems, and leveling up the talent strategy
• Collaborating with other leaders on big goals
• Tracking expenses, growing profits
• Developing the next generation of leaders

Perks & Pay: Total compensation estimated at $70K. Starting at $28.50/hr up to 45 hrs/week.
