The Sacramento LGBT Community Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of a 40+ FTE organization. You will administer recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, policy guidance, compliance, training, and leave administration, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
