About The Role We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and lead go-to-market—everything from strategy to execution. This role is both strategic and hands‑on. You'll be the first full‑time marketing hire, working directly with the CEO. What You’ll Do Own marketing strategy end‑to‑end across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise segments Define and evolve core positioning & messaging that differentiates Dakota and resonates with our audience Shape and grow our brand: from visual identity to thought leadership presence Launch a content & thought leadership engine including customer stories, industry insights, newsletters, and product updates. Build predictable lead‑generation programs to deliver a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
