We are looking for passionate early childhood educators who enjoy working with young children and creating a safe, engaging classroom environment where learning and play go hand in hand. This role is ideal for a nurturing, dependable educator who enjoys leading classroom activities, building strong relationships with families, and supporting children during important stages of development. Responsibilities Lead classroom activities and daily routines for preschool-aged children Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a fun and age-appropriate way Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Strong classroom management Communicate with families regarding daily activities and developmental progress Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years experience with preschool aged children CDA, ECE coursework, or Early Childhood Education degree preferred Passion for working with young children Strong communication and classroom management skills Must meet all New Jersey state licensing requirements for childcare staff Why Join Us?
