We are offering incentives for some territories. We are currently hiring for multiple full time roles, including: Start of Care RN Preceptor Case Manager Clinical Associate These positions require experience with OASIS. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
