Job Title: Mold Operator

Location: 69 Meadowbrook Drive-Milford, NH 03055

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $22 25/hr on W2 (including all benefits) based on experience

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)

Job Title: Mold Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for maintaining the quality and efficient operation of the molding machines and product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Review part folders for special instruction, quality alerts, special tooling etc.
" Set up machines per molding schedule, loading molds into machines
" Perform first piece inspections
" Process machines as needed to meet quality standards
" Run molding machine
" Work with schedule to find out what will be run next and what is unavailable
" Machine maintenance as needed
" Work on preventative maintenance as required
" Build tools into mold bases
" Maintain a clean and safe work environment
" Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
" Basic mathematical skills and measuring instruments

" Fill machine hoppers

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

" High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
" Minimum of one year inspection experience including knowledge of and ability to use measuring tools
" Basic mathematical skills
" Effective communication and interpersonal skills
" Must have reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts
" Ability to read blueprints

Additional Characteristics:

This position works as both an individual contributor and in a team environment
This position required the ability to lift 25-55 lbs. occasionally, 20-55 lbs frequently, 10-25lbs.
This position may require standing and/or sitting for long periods of time, up to 8-10 hours per day
This position requires good manua dexterity and visual acuity
Must adhere to all safety requirements, including but not limited to the wearing of steel toed shoes
