Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
Connect Pediatrics is looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the Austin, Texas area. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive comprehensive and well-coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient. Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
Actively participate in care plan with team leads/supervisor to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements:
MUST have:
A current, valid Texas SLP Assistant License (No clinical deficiency needs)
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
BLS/CPR certification
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
