LPN Hospice Float Nurse, FT days Full Time Direct Patient Care Franklin, OH, US Hospice LPN – Making every moment matter As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace. This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with and every 6th weekend and 1 holiday rotation per year; This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes in Middletown and Butler/Warren Counties. Qualifications of this role: LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions. One year of nursing experience is preferred. CPR Certified. Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care. Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather. Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record. State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
