Packaging Line Worker

We are seeking dependable individuals for a temporary project focused on reviewing returned packaging materials. This position offers a clean, climate-controlled work environment and provides an opportunity to demonstrate your work ethic and reliability. Employees who perform well and maintain a positive attitude may be considered for permanent production opportunities within the facility. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, can maintain focus throughout the day, and take pride in consistency and quality. This position is Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, offering 40 hours per week with unlimited voluntary overtime available.

• Review pallets of returned packaging materials and carton stock.
• Unfold and inspect boxes for quality concerns or defects.
• Perform visual quality checks according to project guidelines.
• Complete simple paperwork documenting products reviewed and time spent on each task.
• Move efficiently between inspection assignments while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all food-grade manufacturing and safety requirements.

Hair nets are required at all times, and employees with facial hair must wear beard nets. No jewelry or facial piercings are permitted on the production floor. The role involves light-duty work with minimal physical demands, requiring standing and walking throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, MO.

The pay range for this position is $22.43 - $22.43/hr.
