Do you love helping people smile? Do you enjoy removing things people probably should have flossed away months ago? Are you looking for a dental office where you're appreciated, supported, and can actually enjoy coming to work?
If so, keep reading!
At Powell Dental Group, we're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. We believe dentistry should be positive, patient-focused, and maybe even a little fun.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
- Taking diagnostic radiographs
- Educating patients on oral health (and convincing them flossing really does matter)
- Building relationships with patients who actually look forward to seeing you
- Accurately charting and documenting treatment
- Working alongside an amazing team that supports each other
- ❤️ Helping anxious patients feel comfortable and cared fo
What We're Looking For:
✔ Active Ohio Dental Hygiene License
✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills
✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset
✔ Attention to detail and strong clinical skills
✔ Someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience
✔ Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but we can teach the software
What You'll Love About Us:
✨ Supportive team environment
✨ Modern technology and equipment
✨ Patients who feel like family
✨ Competitive pay
✨ Flexible scheduling options
✨ No office drama—we're too busy helping people smile
✨ Appreciation for your hard work
A Friendly Disclaimer:
If you're looking for a place where you can hide in the break room, avoid patient conversations, or tell everyone they only need to floss the week before their cleaning... this probably isn't the office for you.
But if you genuinely care about patients, enjoy working with a fun team, and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you.
Bonus Points If:
You can spot calculus from across the room.
Patients request you by name.
You have a favorite scaler.
You've ever caught yourself judging someone's flossing habits in the grocery store.
Ready to join a team that values great dentistry, great people, and plenty of laughter along the way?
