Primary Care Physician

St. Petersburg, FL | 100% Outpatient | PhysicianLed Practice

$260K+ Base | Incentives | SignOn Bonus up to $50K

We're partnering with a physicianled, valuebased primary care group focused on caring for seniors with complex chronic needs. This model is built around smaller patient panels, frequent touchpoints, and strong interdisciplinary teams--allowing physicians to form real relationships and deliver highimpact care without burnout.

Located in St. Petersburg , you'll enjoy yearround sunshine, a vibrant downtown, awardwinning beaches, an active arts and food scene, and an overall cost of living that makes coastal Florida living truly attainable.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $240K-$260K+
• Yearone bonus: Up to $20K (increases with tenure)
• Signing bonus: Up to $50,000
• Partnership track:
  • No buyin
  • Majority of physicians reach partnership within the first year

Qualifications 

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatrics 
• Interest in relationshipbased, senior-focused care
• Geriatrics experience welcome, not required
