Fire Alarm Service Technician Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Service Technician responsible for servicing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining fire alarm systems for established customer accounts. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure all systems meet required safety and code standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and local codes.
- Diagnose and repair fire alarm equipment, including emergency troubleshooting in the field.
- Program, service, and replace fire alarm system components as required.
- Identify and document code compliance and non-conformance issues.
- Complete accurate and timely service tickets, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and communication.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service as needed.
- Support efforts to expand service opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage service schedules.
- NICET Fire Alarm Certification.
- Experience servicing commercial fire alarm systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and programming skills.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.
