Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager

Ziegler Companies has an opening for a Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing technology, automation, customer data, audience targeting, and performance analytics to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role partners with Marketing, Web, Sales Operations, and business leaders to optimize campaigns, execute customer journeys, improve conversion performance, and deliver actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesManage marketing technology, CRM integration, customer data, and campaign infrastructureLead marketing automation, nurture programs, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing initiativesDevelop audience targeting and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies aligned with business growth objectivesPartner with marketing and web teams to improve customer journeys, lead generation, personalization, and conversion performanceOversee lead management, routing, and marketing-to-sales handoff processesBuild dashboards, reporting, attribution models, and KPI frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and revenue impactDrive campaign testing, optimization, and continuous performance improvementEstablish standards for data quality, automation, tagging, and reporting governanceEnsure customer data accuracy for effective targeting and segmentationEvaluate and implement AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency and resultsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, marketing automation, or revenue marketingProven success with demand generation, ABM, customer journey management, and marketing automation programsExperience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, lead management, and digital targeting strategiesStrong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, funnel management, and marketing-to-sales processesExperience developing analytics, dashboards, attribution models, and performance reportingStrong analytical, technical, and strategic thinking skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, IT, analytics, and business teamsComfortable working in a transforming environment where processes, platforms, and measurement practices are evolving and being standardizedMinimum Physical Requirements:Using hands, talking, hearingThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
