Job Description University Tire & Auto Service has been providing superior automotive repair and maintenance to our customers throughout the Los Angeles area for over 40 years. The company is seeking a motivated Tire and Lube Technician to join our team! Schedule 40 hours per week. Shift schedule does not fluctuate daily or weekly. Work only 5 days per week. We can accommodate existing commitments such as family or school. 8‑hour shifts. Weekend availability. Flexible schedule – the facility is open 7 days a week. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. At least 1 year of previous experience in a retail shop environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough and accurate courtesy inspections. Accurately document all findings in repair orders. Perform quality control procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Keep workspace clean to facilitate safe and efficient service. Maintain and clean shop equipment as needed. Identify preventative maintenance services. Follow TSBs and repair procedures. Willingness to perform a wide variety of automotive repairs and services. Perform other functions as assigned or as the situation requires. About University Tire & Auto Service We are a large, independent automotive repair facility near downtown USC / Los Angeles.
