About the Role:  As an HVAC Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our HVAC projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC installations, service and maintenance projects.

HVAC Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate call performance to ensure technicians are adhering to company standards for service delivery, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist in conflict resolution during customer calls or field operations, ensuring that issues are handled promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the scheduling and dispatch team to ensure proper service allocation and technician preparedness.
• Stay updated on HVAC technology and industry trends to provide the most current information and advice to the team.

HVAC Supervisor Qualifications:

• Must have 6+ years of service HVAC experience.
• Having a Journeyman's License or Masters License is preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when necessary.

HVAC Supervisor Skills:

• Lead and mentor a team of service plumbers, providing coaching on best practices, customer service, and technical skills.
• Review and analyze service call data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Train new and existing technicians on plumbing systems, service procedures, and customer interaction protocols.
