Flexo Press Operator

1. st shift: 4:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Thurs/$25-$32hr, BOE
2. nd shift: 2:30am-1:00 am, Mon-Thurs/$25-$32hr, BOE + 10% Premium shift differential

Mandatory OT 2x's a month What You'll Do Read job orders and set up machine to specific requirements Checks and monitors printing quality, ability to differentiate color variations for exceptional quality control and product inspection responsibilities Performs change overs, basic adjustments and cleaning of machinery Understand and troubleshoot paper bag assembly Lock out Tag out operator training What Youll Need HS diploma or GED 1-2 years Flexo experience and/or printing experience-Print/Fold/Glue machines (any combination) Technical education and certifications a plus PTO accrual-up to 2 wks at the end of the first year 7 paid holidays Company paid short and long term insurance Employee luncheons and engagement events through out the year Why Apply?
