Travel Med Surg RN

This is a 13-week contract position.

This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Med Surg RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The role entails working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct assessments and document patient histories accurately.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
• Assist in managing patient care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS can be pending but must be obtained prior to start).
• NIHSS certification is required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
• Must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility.
