Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services across acute care and rehab settings.
• Float between units based on census and facility needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and therapy sessions in Meditech system.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience with Meditech charting system preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required, with exemptions considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
