This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, project leadership, and client success, supporting multiple brands in delivering impactful, results-driven marketing initiatives. You will act as the key orchestrator between clients and internal teams, ensuring that strategy, execution, and performance are tightly aligned with business objectives. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for shaping marketing roadmaps, defining KPIs, and driving delivery across campaigns and content initiatives. You will operate in a fast-paced, fully remote, and highly autonomous environment where ownership and accountability are central to success. Accountabilities:

• Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned clients, including defining priorities, roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and providing clear, data-informed recommendations.
• Oversee project delivery across multiple brands and campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and alignment.
• Monitor performance across initiatives, track KPIs, and deliver clear reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing activities by managing scope, resolving challenges, and maintaining accountability across contributors.
• Translate client goals into structured, actionable marketing plans that drive measurable outcomes and business impact.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and consistency across all active projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management, or client-facing marketing roles.
• Proven ability to build marketing strategies, define KPIs, and develop execution roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and build trust.
• Solid experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking across marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
