Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.Title and SummaryManager, Finance Business PartnerJob Posting Title: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis OverviewThe Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is responsible for the company’s Legal, Government Affairs and Policy, Franchise, Corporate Security, and Community and Belonging functions.The Manager, Finance Business Partner, Law and Policy serves as a finance business partner working alongside the CAO teams and supporting and advising their strategic and operational decisions.Role• Develop financial models and analyses to support business strategies• Support the business in designing business cases for initiatives that require investment• Support the development of annual long-term plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and efficiency• Support efforts to grow net revenues and profitability for CAO-related initiatives• Develop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis• Partner in the development of materials to support ongoing business reviews, including monthly performance packages, operating reviews, business unit reviews, scorecard updates, and dashboard reviews• Assist with developing the operating budget, financial forecasts, and ongoing assessments of performance against the budget/forecast, including spending risks and opportunities for the overall CAO organization• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and reporting teams on planning deliverables• Work with MC Tech portfolio managers to manage and control departmental technology spend and total cost of ownership• Drive effective cost management and efficiency efforts• Act as an advisor to your business partners and help drive decisionsAll About You• Comfortable with occasional ambiguity, while able to make calculated decisions• Knowledge and experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting• Experience with financial tools, including Hyperion, Oracle, and Excel• Advanced PC, modeling, and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)• Excellent project management, follow-up, and organizational skills• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously• Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline; MBA preferred (preferably in FinanceCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.Job SummaryJob number: R-282666Date posted : 2026-07-24Profession: FinanceEmployment type: Full time
