Henry Ford Health is seeking aRegistered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)to join our highly respected Sleep Center team at our Detroit Main Campus. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your expertise directly contributes to the diagnosis, treatment, and improvement of sleep health for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee complex polysomnographic procedures and therapeutic interventions, includingCPAP and BiPAP titrations

• Monitor sleep studies and assist technologists with troubleshooting to ensure accurate and high-quality data acquisition

• Score and tabulate sleep recordings in accordance with established guidelines, including sleep staging, respiratory events, and limb movements

• Prepare detailed reports and summaries for physician interpretation

• Ensure adherence toBRPT Standards of Conductand departmental policies

• Maintain compliance withHFHS Sleep Center guidelines for scoring reliability and quality assurance

• Support a safe, professional, and patient-focused care environment

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• CurrentRegistered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)credential through BRPT

• CurrentBCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification

• Knowledge of polysomnography procedures, scoring standards, and sleep study equipment

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in a scientific or healthcare-related field

• Prior experience in a sleep lab or accredited sleep center
