Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile makes a big difference. Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh food items daily according to recipes and specifications. Wrap, label, and store products to maintain freshness. Keep the prepared foods area clean, manage temperature control, and verify expiration dates. Serve ready‑to‑eat food to members. Maintain the sales floor in compliance with company policies; handle claims, returns, and arrange merchandise. Keep the area sanitized and member‑ready. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and provide training and support to peers. Operate and sanitize kitchen equipment and maintain inventory. Use digital tools for production decisions and product quality. Drive performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality standards, and minimizing waste. Advocate for high quality service and products and model positive customer engagement. Adhere to company policies, ethics, and standards; use open‑door policy for improvement. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Must complete required job trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*. *Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
