After School Program Leader-Part-Time - Fairfield, CA Pay: $19 an hour In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. Locations: Cordelia, David Weir, Dover, Nelda Mundy, Suisun Valley, TK Fairview, TK Sullivan, and Tolenas Schedule: Monday - Friday after school 1:30 to 6:00 PM. (Please ask an HR team member or manager for qualification guidelines) Here's what you'll need: Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs. Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations. If a candidate does not meet the educational requirement, they will need to complete the ParaPro testing process prior to being hired or starting in their position. As an AlphaBEST Program Leader, you'll be trained to do the following: Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
