IMC Nurse Manager

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin seeks an IMC Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations in our Intermediate Care Unit. This role oversees nursing staff, patient throughput, and daily workflows while ensuring evidence-based, high-quality care for complex patients. The manager collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, drives quality and safety initiatives, and monitors key clinical and operational metrics. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, staff coaching and evaluations, regulatory compliance, and supporting a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
