A large client of ours is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as Entry-Level Sales Specialists . This is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of financial services sales while developing valuable skills in communication, client relationships, and the complete sales process.

No prior financial services experience is required. There is training and support provided to help you learn the products, sales process, and client approach.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through phone, video, email, and other virtual channels.
• Learn about clients' financial goals and needs through professional conversations.
• Introduce financial products and services that may fit their individual needs.
• Explain available options clearly and answer questions.
• Build relationships and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and keep opportunities moving through the sales process.
• Manage your sales pipeline and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activity records.
• Work toward individual sales and activity goals.
• Participate in training and continue developing your product and sales knowledge.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position . Estimated annual earnings are $50,000–$100,000 , depending on sales activity, performance, and other factors. Actual earnings may vary, and compensation is based on individual results.
