After completing the paid training program, you’ll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire donation process, including screening and drawing their blood while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same. Your work will directly impact real people’s lives in our community. Work at the donor center or at blood drives. Handle quality, safety, and privacy regulations. Requirements and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with reliable transportation. EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience is a plus. Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment. Teachable, reliable, and precise. Must follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.
