Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized pediatric intensive care nursing services to patients in the pediatric ICU.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vitals, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following hospital protocols.
• Educate patients’ families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions.
