Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Crown Point, IN. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. This opportunity is at a hospital-based rehabilitation setting focused on stroke and post-acute care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, stroke care, or post-acute rehab is preferred.
• Experience with common OT interventions and documentation in an acute or inpatient rehab electronic medical record is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Familiarity with standardized outcome measures used in IRF/rehab settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
