Compensation & Benefits

$232K–$264K+ base FFS compensation with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing care management
Lead quality initiatives and collaborate with facility leadership

Qualifications

MD/DO with New York license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
IM, FM, or Geriatrics background preferred
Post-acute, inpatient, ED, or clinic experience welcomed
