Shift Differentials Tuition Reimbursement (Up to $2,500 per semester / $5,000 annually for eligible full-time staff) Career Advancement Opportunities Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care. Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift. Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members. Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator. Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedules & Benefits: Schedule: 2 weekends a month part-time all three shifts or per diem nights!
