Construction Healthcare Project Manager

A highly respected national commercial contractor is expanding its healthcare team in Chicago and is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to oversee technically complex medical construction projects. This role is ideal for PMs looking to elevate their resume with best-in-class healthcare experience .

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships. This position plays a critical role in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle for healthcare construction projects

Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and change management

Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, and owners

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

Negotiate subcontracts and manage procurement

Drive client satisfaction and repeat business

Healthcare Project Experience

Hospitals and medical campuses

Surgical centers, imaging, and specialty clinics

Renovations within occupied healthcare environments

Strong understanding of MEP coordination preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Approximately $115,000 - $155,000 (DOE)
