Pay Rate: Starts at $17/hr

What you’ll be doing

1. Schedule bakery staff
2. Supervise the day-to-day operations of our bakery
3. Communicate with staff, co-workers and managers in a positive/consistent manner
4. Maintain open communication with bakery and retail staff
5. Train staff to produce quality baked goods
6. Monitor procedures for cleanliness and safety
7. Monitor and ensure proper inventory levels
8. Resolve guest related issues

Skills you’ll bring along

1. You have previous bakery experience preferred
2. You have a positive, friendly attitude

Job Type

1. Full-time position
2. Monday - Saturday, flexible hours depending on business needs and may increase around holidays
3. No Sunday hours
4. On-the-job training provided
