Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and ensure they are routed appropriately to the right team members. Perform client intake, greet patients warmly, and notify staff of their arrival. Accurately enter patient information into databases to ensure seamless clinic operations. Support the volunteer coordinator in managing volunteers effectively. Follow appointment scheduling procedures and cash handling protocols with precision. Keep the clinic lobby neat, organized, and welcoming for patients and visitors. Process lab results as directed by the Practice Manager to support patient care. Actively participate in the Performance Improvement Program to enhance clinic services. Promote teamwork and effective communication among colleagues. Ensure culturally sensitive and language-appropriate care for all patients. Encourage continuity of care by supporting patients with self-management education. Attend required safety and education training programs to stay informed and prepared. Operate clinic equipment safely and report any safety concerns promptly. Follow infection control protocols diligently to maintain a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinic. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once Efficient and accurate data-entry skills Computer literacy and multi-line phone or switchboard experience. Basic knowledge such as basic math, alphabetical or numerical filing may also be required. Must be able to manage multiple deadline and decision making responsibilities.
