Due to substantial growth in 2026, our locally owned Community Management Company in Naples for over 22 years has an opening in our financial department and is seeking a detail oriented and energetic bookkeeper. In this vital role, the Financial Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing monthly financial packages, and supporting our communities’ overall financial health.
The right candidate will possess the following:
· Proven experience with full cycle accounting
· Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, debits & credits, account analysis
· Demonstrated ability in bank and account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
· Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining accurate financial records
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and across multiple sets of books
· Prioritize tasks and consistently meet hard deadlines
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills – comfortable communicating with a variety of personalities from Board Members to owners
· Extensive experience with MS Office products – Excel, Word, etc.
Experience with community management software, such as Vantaca, CINC, or Enumerate preferred, but we will happily provide training for the candidate exhibiting the right attributes to become an essential part of our financial team!
