Cornerstone Baptist Church, a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation in Huntsville, Alabama (Maysville/Ryland) is seeking a Spirit-led, biblically grounded Senior Pastor. This full-time role requires a committed leader who will preach the Word of God, shepherd the congregation, and guide the church in fulfilling its mission to glorify God, make disciples and engage in community outreach.

Key responsibilities include delivering sound biblical sermons, providing pastoral care, offering spiritual counseling, leading vision and ministry efforts, overseeing church operations, and supporting evangelism and missions. The pastor will work alongside the deacon body, staff, and ministry teams, ensuring alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message.

Candidates should meet biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9), be ordained within the Southern Baptist Convention, and preferable hold a theological degree and five years of ministry experience. Relocation to the Madison County area is expected.

Compensation will be based on education, experience, and expertise.
