Medical Receptionist

Our client is seeking a reliable Front Desk Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role works closely with providers, administrative staff, and the billing department to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for patients.

Schedule: Full-time

Pay: $17.00+/Hour

*This is a direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Collect and update patient information
Process payments (in person and over the phone)
Manage appointments and maintain accurate records electronically
Support referrals and office communication
Perform additional office support tasks as assigned by management
Support general office upkeep, including light cleaning, laundry assistance, and supply management as needed

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Associate degree or related experience preferred
Previous experience in a medical office
