Medical Receptionist

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in a medical or clinical office environment? If so, this opportunity could be a great fit for you. Our client is seeking a reliable Front Desk Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role works closely with providers, administrative staff, and the billing department to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for patients. Schedule: Full-time Pay: $17.00+/Hour *This is a direct hire position. Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Collect and update patient information
- Process payments (in person and over the phone)
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate records electronically
- Support referrals and office communication
- Perform additional office support tasks as assigned by management
- Support general office upkeep, including light cleaning, laundry assistance, and supply management as needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Associate degree or related experience preferred
- Previous experience in a medical office
