- PCB Rework Skills & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years as an Engineering Technician, RF Lab Technician, or Electronics Technician supporting engineering or R&D environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment and hardware validation.
- Advanced soldering and PCB rework experience, including 0201 surface-mount components.
- Experience building RF test setups and assembling engineering test racks.
- Comfortable maintaining lab equipment, inventory, and engineering workspaces while supporting multiple projects.
- Able to work independently by following engineering drawings, procedures, and technical documentation.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to support RF hardware development in a fast-paced engineering lab. This is a hands-on role focused on RF test setup, equipment assembly, PCB rework, and overall laboratory support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with hardware, has strong troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable maintaining an organized engineering lab environment.
