Regional Director OF Operations

Tekton Research

Tekton Research seeks an experienced Area Director of Clinical Operations for Oklahoma & Kansas, stationed onsite in Yukon, OK. You will lead cross-site clinical operations, ensure study startup, enrollment, and performance targets, and drive strategic initiatives with executive leadership. The role requires 7–10 years in clinical research with 5 years supervising multi-site operations. Travel to sites is expected; relocation to OKC area may be required.
