Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate UV sanding machinery according to production schedules.

• Inspect sanded surfaces for defects and uphold quality control standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sanding equipment to optimize functionality.

Qualifications:

• Experience with UV sanding or related manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finishes.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain machinery safely.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Steel toe boots are required for this position to ensure workplace safety.
